Senior Director Global Controller & External Reporting

Position Summary:   The Senior Director Global Controller will report to the Chief Accounting Office and provide oversight and guidance to all regions on US GAAPreporting, management reporting and operational analytics (e.g., Trade, RD&A's and DMEs).  This role will be responsible for the approval of all financial policies and ensure alignment and compliance with all financial policies and all internal controls.  They will ensure effective controls over company-wide financialreporting and prepare and file all external financialreporting documents and related SEC filings   Key Responsibilities:   Perform quarterly close: Review financial results to ensure accurate financialreporting and proper cost accounting.  Understand and explain variances. Includes the oversight of accurate accruals and reporting of global manufacturing costs as well as warehousing and freight costs. Maintain an effective set of controls over financial reporting: Ensure implementation of controls.  Address control testing failures. Accounting Expert: Perform technical accounting research and implement applicable accounting reporting updates/rules developed   Qualifications: 10 - 15 years of accounting and financeexperience: Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing accounting and reporting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance CPA designation required Experience overseeing a global operation Big 4 public accounting experiencepreferred Demonstrated leadership and management skills overseeing a direct and indirect staff that is functionally diverse, manage 3 direct reports US GAAP and External Reporting expert Excellent understanding of implementing and operating effective internal controls Strong business acumen and analytical skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
