PT Order Taker

This position is responsible for taking room service orders, and coordinating dinner reservations for the Forebay and Fire & Grain.
This is a part-time year round position. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends & Holidays based on operational needs.
Job Functions:
Answering telephones and explaining menus, reservations procedures, etc.
Accurately entering guest checks into the point of sale system
Recording dining reservations
Inspecting room service area, and completing opening and closing responsibilities, including cash control, settlement of guest charges, and accountability for financial assets.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Additional
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven guest relations, problem solving and organization skills
Ability to operate a point-of-sale register and calculator, perform mathematical computations, and handle cash.
Professional image representative of property image.
Working Conditions:
Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, lifting up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity and communicating clearly.
This is a first shift position; however, hours are flexible, including holidays and weekends.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
