HR Assistant
Seeking a HR Assistant with American Water
Location:
Primary location is Hershey, PA, but will sometimes work in Mechanicsburg
5 month assignment
Pay is $15 an hour
Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:
30pm, 40 hours a week possible OT
Immediate opening for dependable individual that can help with special HR project which will primarily focus on recruitment processes (scheduling of candidates, room reservations, preparations for interviews, applicant tracking and managing post-interview activities.
Required Skills/Experience
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, lots of spreadsheet tracking
Any experience in HR or recruiting is a plus
Should be able to handle a high level of confidential information
Should be able to work in a high-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and can work independently with minimal supervision
Education
High School Diploma with HR Experience accepted
Bachelor Degree with HR Experience Preferred
