Serve as the communication liaison for the Food & Beverage department by answering telephone and/or radio calls and dispatching proper Food & Beverage personnel to areas needed Use a computer to enter operational data into electronic databases in a timely and accurate manner Update Hersheypark mobile Application Food & Beverage locations lists Enter and organize departmental training documentation Initiate positive interactions with internal stakeholders across Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be detail-oriented and proficient in data entry Must have a strong working knowledge of computers (including general Office Suite and Google Workspace programs) Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally, including delivering safety instructions/directions, verbal cues, and speaking clearly into microphones and radios Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails that are time-sensitive Must have the ability to comprehend instructions (verbal, demonstrated, and/or written) and retain information Must have the ability to remain alert and vigilant at all times Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times Must be able to multitask while prioritizing job tasks and assignments Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines Job Demands:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work at least 16 hours per week Memorial Day through Labor Day Physical requirements include the ability to sit for up to ten hours at a time, walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level, and lift up to twenty (20) pounds without assistance Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
