Accounts Payable Associate
Responsibilities:
Receives all invoices, internal payment requests, statements and reports from several input sources to review, code, and obtain approval then process requested payment in a timely and efficient way with accuracy.
Review and apply sales/use tax to invoices in a multi-state and for profit/non-profit environment.
Preparation of reports and reconciliation of various accounts and statements as necessary.
Maintenance and data management within our online platforms for corporate credit card program, procurement and energy management Vendor master file management Accounts Payable Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must have general knowledge of computer programs, business math and calculator skills.
Must have good customer service skills and be able to prioritize.
Ability to work and collaborate well with others.
Multi-tasking capabilities; attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
