We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting management in daily tasks Implement and monitor programs as directed by management Assist in training staff members and new hires Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items Respond to questions and requests for information Generate memos, emails and reports at the request of management Organizing, and maintaining pharmacy and employment records Receiving, organizing, and maintaining invoices and receipts Basic QuickBooks data entry Perform othe related duties as assigned HersheyCare offers competitive pay and a full benefits package for qualified candidates including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holiday, and paid time off.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude & professionalism.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
