F&b Team Supervisor
The purpose of the food and beverage supervisor is to provide first level supervision and operational support to an assigned F&B location within Hersheypark.
Job Functions (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):
Supervise and facilitate F&B operations for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Monitor team members within their assigned location and see to the proper execution of F&B standards for food preparation and guest satisfaction.
Provide on the spot training, coaching, leadership, and instruction to F&B team members Maintain knowledge of F&B offerings at multiple outlets throughout the Entertainment Complex.
Demonstrate correct service standards through active participation in operational positions.
Monitor daily financial results and report issues and concerns to supervisor.
Provide hands-on training to team members in order to maintain consistent service standards in support of the Hersheypark brand and food safety guidelines.
Provide first line support to guests with issues or concerns.
Escalate guest concerns as needed.
Assist in seasonal event set-ups and other themed projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
