Description Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a Senior Administrative Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to a Principal for the Elementary School.
Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is a cost-free, private home and school for over 2,000 pre-K through 12th grade students.

The Senior Administrative Secretary plays a key role in contributing to the smooth operations of the division, as well as coordination throughout the School.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Managing the calendar for the division.
Assisting with the coordination of internal and external meetings, as well as events.
Performing general clerical duties and administrative support as needed.
Maintaining and organizing files & records for easy tracking of documents, audit trails, etc.
Working closely with the Scholastic Administration on ad-hoc activities and administrative duties.
Taking notes, organizing calendars, and managing internal office events.
Coordinating, consolidating, and disseminating information.

Sorting and distributing mail.
Ordering, maintaining, and coordinating supplies.
Providing budget support and handling financial processing.
Troubleshooting and coordinating repairs to office equipment, including video equipment.
Replying to general inquiries through email, telephone, or in-personOther duties as needed.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or similar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others.
Proficiency in using technology, including MS Office Applications, Google applications, video conferencing, and the internet.
Excellent project management skills, including time management, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate in a team environment.
Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are considered role models for students.
Candidates should be eager to actively engage with students to help support the overall MHS mission to nurture & educate children.
