Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to members and guests of the Hershey Country Club.
The working schedule may include morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
Basic
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.
Additional
Qualifications:
Exceptional guest service skills.
Ability to work independently and display initiative.
Demonstrate professional image representative of property.
Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.
Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Shifts rotate according to needs.
Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
