Business Intelligence Senior Developer - Information Services Enterprise Info Management at Penn State Health in Hershey, PA
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under minimal direction of the BI Architect Team Senior, the BI Developer Senior role is responsible for following and contributing to enterprise standards surrounding the use of business intelligence tools to assure we are enhancing business decisions. This position requires the ability to work effectively with business owners, clinical staff, other IT teams, as well as all EIM sub-teams as well as the ability to build and implement detailed technical BI solutions to meet business requirements. MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience utilizing databases and data warehouses in a complex business environment required. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, McKesson HPM/HBI, or similar enterprise business intelligence applications required. Development experience with at least one Business Intelligence tool required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES:
Knowledge of extract, transform and load (ETL) techniques and applications required. Understanding of business requirements gathering and systems analysis required. Adheres to and exhibits our organizational core values as outlined by Penn State Health. If chosen for this position, you may required to pass a Post Offer Employment Physical Exam in accordance with the measurements listed in the Work Task Analysis (WTA) report.
