Summary:
Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a compassionate patient-focused Nurse Manager, RN to join our collaborative team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. The Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall planning, operations, and evaluation of the unit. The RN Nurse Manager will participate in establishment and interpretation of philosophy, policies, objectives and procedures and lines of authority of hospital and services to the staff. The Nurse Manager evaluates nursing service needs relative to the needs of patients within the institution. The Nurse Manager will promote the professional growth of all nursing employees by providing opportunity for staff development programs, counseling and guidance program, opportunity for additional experience and encouraging advanced study. The Nurse Manager will evaluate the work performance of the nursing employees under his/her direction. MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Registered Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing required 5 years of clinical experience required Progressive leadership experience required Currently licensed to practice as an RN by the PA Board of Nurse Examiners required PREFERRED

$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
